1. Use of the App
Rekky is a platform for user-generated recommendations, starting with books. You agree to use the app in a respectful, lawful manner. Some product links in the app may be affiliate connections — if you make a purchase through one of these links, Rekky may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only use affiliate links from reputable programmes.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide truthful information when creating your account and not to impersonate anyone else. Your Rekky name (username) will be visible to others when you post, comment, or like content.
3. User Content & Rights
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Rekky. By posting content, you grant Rekky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to store, use, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the service, including featuring posts on the Rekky website and in marketing materials. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to post your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Visibility of your content depends on your account settings.
4. Content Removal
Rekky is not liable for any inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitations
Rekky is in early public beta. We cannot guarantee the app will be bug-free or continuously available. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us at contact@rekky.io. Deletion is permanent. Rekky may also suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
