Welcome to Rekky! By signing up and using the Rekky app, you agree to the following terms:

‍Use of the App
Rekky is a platform for discovering and sharing user-generated recommendations, starting with books. You agree to use the app in a respectful, lawful manner and in line with our community guidelines.

‍Accounts
You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others. Your “Rekky name” (user name) will be visible to others when you post, comment, or like content.

‍User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post but grant Rekky a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app and its services. Rekky is not liable for any inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms or our policies without prior notice.

‍Limitations
Rekky is in early public beta. While we strive for stability, we cannot guarantee the app will be bug-free or continuously available.

‍Termination
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@rekky.io. Rekky may suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms or community guidelines.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Rekky after updates means you accept the revised terms.
